Aqua assortment
Painting tools suitable for modern water based paints, varnishes and lasure. Fitted mixture of natural and synthetic bristles are divided as mentioned bellow:
- 70% blend of hollow polyester fiber - 30% pure bristle brushes are used for Acrylic, Lasur, Sash. Polyester fiber applicates paint while the shorter bristle with natural conclusion holds paint in the paintbrush.
- mixture of 50% bristle-25% 25% PBT-PET is used for paintbrushes Trend, Praktik and ceilling brushes AQUA, which are suitable for everyday use. The so-called "artificial bristle" is a new trend in manufacture of paintbrush fillaments , have better resistance when paintbrush applicate paint on the surface ,easier to clean in the water cleaner and the mixture looks at first glance as well as natural bristles
- Krex material is a mixture of level and crimped tapered synthetic fibers, which is used in the paintbrush Natur Aqua. These paintbrushes are focused for painting thin glaze as they applicate well paints on the surface.
Profi assortment
Painting tools for professional painters and decorators, brushes and paint brushes fitted with pure chinese bristle 90% Tops importing from the mountain region of Chungking (located mainly in Chongking , Sichuan, Yunnan), which features the best craftsmanship in China bristles. Bristles from other areas (Hankow, Tsingtao, Shanghai, Tientsin) are generally lower quality at lower prices and therefore the most consumed by brush industry directly in China, while Chungking bristle is an export to the demanding European and American markets.
Production program is a flat paintbrush (Profi, Natur , Kaiser), oval-shaped brush (Oval) radiator painbrush (Professional, Kaiser), round brushes, rollers, ceilling brushes round and square (Professional, Kaiser).
Filling assortmants (Brushes. brooms, doormates)
Brooms and brushes are divided according to hand fibers used in these groups
- material Polymex used for commercial goods has very good elastic behavior (better than conventional fiber PPN) and is designed specifically for sweeping the floors.
- material made of mixture (50% horse hair tail - 50% Polymex) is a good choice for brooms as the elastic Polymex and antistatic behavior of natural horsetail hair have proven to most cleaning companies in everyday use
- material pure horse hair is especially suitable in places where large anti-static dust or threatened discharge of electricity and is therefore not possible to use PPN fibres
- filling of fiber-based PVC is due to the large stiffness used for garden brooms
Brooms are made from PET fibers, which have the best balance of behavior such as flexibility, toughness and abrasion resistance.
Brushes can also be filled by followed material:
- Tampico is a natural vegetable fiber, biodegradable fiber derived from agave plants Lechuguilla that grows in the mountains of northern Mexico. Due to its unique properties - resistance to heat and chemicals, high flexibility, low wear, the brush can be used to tar and foundry brushes
- PPN thread called "artificial root" is used to brush the floor
